Sandy’s extensive knowledge in marketing, advertising, and social media makes her a valuable resource to the team. Her job is to market Team Stites listings above and beyond the normal expectations. She has developed an algorithm to perfectly syndicate your home features to target buyers, which cuts down time on the market. In addition, she is a native speaker in Taiwanese and Chinese making her a valuable source for international buyers, sellers, and investors.

Jamie and Kendra are the team’s Administrative Assistant and Transaction Coordinator. They handle all of the transaction paperwork from start to finish to ensure a complete and accurate file. As former public school employees, their transition into the real estate industry has been seamless and truly fits their detail oriented personality.

Team Stites has 10 full time buyer’s Agents who focus on finding clients the perfect home. When they are not showing property, they are hosting Open Houses, writing offers, or following up with inbound buyer leads. They are available 7 days a week for showings, and they won’t give up until they find you the perfect home.
