Krazy Bins

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!! Offered some simple constructive criticism on the pricing structure on Facebook and they were condescending and rude. They removed my comment and blocked me. Not every customer will love 100% of things about your business. This behavior is very unprofessional. I previously looked forward to going to Krazy Bins and am extremely offended and upset by how I was treated online by your staff. I typically would spend $50-100 weekly. Will not be coming back and will be telling people to avoid your establishment! The owner then started to DM my girlfriend and started attacking and threatening her. Not to mention that every time we have gone in there, no sanitation precautions are being taken at all. Carts are not wiped down and no employees properly wear masks. I saw a manager walking around with a mask on his chin. The owner clearly has no respect for customers at all. All it would've taken was a simple apology. WOW!
