The Law Office of Justin Fernstrom is a boutique law firm that specializes in all matters relating to DCS (Department of Child Safety) cases as well as adoptions. We strive to keep families together and also help create new families through the gift of adoption. Justin represents foster families in need of help retaining custody of children. He represents relatives of the parents in dependency cases to help them gain or retain custody as well. Justin has been successful in all of these areas and helps guide you through what is usually a very frustrating system. For the last 8 years, Justin has also been trusted with the representation of the Tohono O'odham Nation's cases where the Department of child Safety has taken members of their Nation into custody triggering the strict application of the Indian Child Welfare Act.
