107 Taste was established by Chef Yu and her husband Dr. Lei. Opening a restaurant has always been Chef Yu’s childhood dream. Chef Yu was raised by her grandparents in a small village in northwestern China. Her grandmother worked as a Chef for more than 20 years, and her grandfather’s family used to own a local famous wonton restaurant in Szechuan, China back in 1930s. Her entire childhood memories are full of grandparents’ care, and she grew up with unbeatable grandmother’s love meal.
