I am totally in LOVE! This class is sooooo much fun! Actually, it's much more than just a class, it's an extended family! The members are supportive and inspirational. The instructors are INCREDIBLE! So spunky and really want to see you succeed! They push you in the most wonderful way! I joined last month and I have already lost 9 pounds! At first, I was worried about previous injuries and current medical conditions but they made adjustments so I would not aggravate my injuries plus none of my ailments are bothering me - it's only been a month! I have joined everything you can imagine: gym, boot camp, cross fit, and soooo much more and nothing beats Ilovekickboxing! I truly love them! Thanks guys for all you have done for me. I have a goal of 60 pounds to lose and I am well on my way with only 51 more to go! XOXOXOXOXOXOX

I have been a member at IloveKickboxing- Kendall since May, and I love it! The classes are doable for people at any fitness level, but always challenging and different, so you won’t get bored. The instructors are great at providing feedback, and keeping us motivated throughout class. Every time I feel like stopping because I think I can’t keep going, someone is there to tell me “come on girl! You got this”, and sometimes that’s all you need for that final push. That’s what I love about this place. Over the past couple of months I have been able to lose weight, gained strength, tone up, and improve my agility and overall fitness level. After trying different crossfit classes and different gyms, kickboxing still comes out winning. I first tried it a couple of years ago during college, and when I saw the groupon deal decided to try it again! You won’t regret it!

iLoveKickboxing changed my life. The staff are so awesome and motivating and the workout has made me lose inches already and my cholesterol is low too!! Oh and my lower back pain... gone!!! It's honestly the highlight of my day. Can't recommend it enough!!!
