Being in the mortgage industry for over 28 years Ruben has held many different positions in the industry thus giving him a very well-rounded knowledge of the business. Ruben applies a simple formula that has given him much continued success in the industry that he calls his secret sauce which is actually very simple, and that sauce is that it is all about the customer service experience.
Having resided in Miami for many years has helped Ruben to learn much about the different cultures that make Miami such a diverse and interesting city, thus helping Ruben and his team develop unique marketing strategies for this diverse client base.
