Gauchos go to their table serving a selection of cuts of beef, pork, poultry and lamb. Together with our carvery you can also try out our Salad Buffet with Paes, cheeses and a wide variety of fresh vegetables and various vegetables. In addition, a huge diversity of hot dishes are available at the buffet, such as white rice, black beans, potato chips, breaded banana, farofa and our traditional cheese bread, among others, which are cooked to order and served at your table.
