I joined ILoveKickboxing after seeing my husband's amazing results from being a member for just a few months. For the first time in my life I have an exercise program that I actually enjoy and am committed to going to 3 to 4 times a week. I have never been a person who enjoys any form of physical exercise at ALL. After joining not only do I feel physically better than I have in a long time, but mentally and emotionally as well. For the first time in 10 years we are both getting healthy together. Kickboxing motivated him even where the Marine Corp could not. For us the instructors have become family, kickboxing has become a lifestyle.

Ever since I've started I love kickboxing it has helped change my lifestyle. It's a great way to exercise and the staff is very friendly and helpful! I've gained so much more confidence and strength so far and it's a great stress reliever. I look forward to each class and am so happy that I gave it a try!

I LOVE iLoveKickboxing!! The staff is amazing and classes are so much fun! Everyone is very friendly and supportive because we are all there trying to better ourselves. Becoming a member is the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. I wish I did it sooner!

Needed this. It is exactly what I needed. I am not the typical gym kind of girl. I walk in I look around I normally hit the treadmills. Not here... I walked in was met by enthusiasm, energy, and non-stop ass-kicking exercise. They give you the drive to keep going, the Non-Stop confidence they give you is amazing. I am a lifer here.
