Individual membership fee of $125/month for 12 months.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY. If a member cancels his/her membership within 30 days from the start of the membership and prior to receiving dental treatment or consult by participating dentist, the member will receive a full refund of sum paid.
Dentbenefits offers exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, root canals, dentures, porcelain crowns and bridges for a flat monthly fee.
