Originally from Austria, Peter began his real estate career in its capital city of Vienna. In 2003, Peter and his growing family moved to the United States. After much contemplation, they ultimately decided to settle in Middleburg, Virginia. It provided the gorgeous landscapes, a strong sense of heritage and history, all combined with a cosmopolitan undertone thanks to it’s proximity to Washington, DC. He has since taken it upon himself to become a good steward of the magnificent land and a guardian of the superior quality of life the area offers.
In 2008 along with two partners, Peter cofounded the brokerage firm Middleburg Real Estate | Atoka Properties. What began as one office with three agents has now grown into one of the premier firms of the Piedmont. With over sixty agents and four thriving offices the company continues to expand and grow throughout the region. Peter remains one of the managing partners of the firm while personally representing some of Northern Virginia’s finest residential and commercial properties.
Peter sits on the Board of Directors of the Piedmont Fox Hounds and on weekends can be found riding through much of land that comprises this unique area. Peter is fluent in both German and English and welcomes the opportunity to work with people from around the world.
