ilovekickboxing has been an amazing experience. Since i started i have lost over 50 lbs! I could not have done it without the support of the instructors and the great classes they offer. The staff is friendly and encouraging. I have enjoyed being challenged and welcomed into their gym.

I absolutely love this kickbxing studio... This was my first time trying something other than the gym and I must admit I Am impressed and Im seeing results! The staff is the sweetest also they motivate you to go harder everytime never get comfortable were you are!

I have been working out for years and I think Ilovekickboxing is the best workout I have ever done, it shapes and tones your entire body. I feel so strong and energized when I finish class. Be careful, it’s addictive.
