Using evidence-based approaches, my aim is to support patients with short-term therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy and cognitive processing therapy. I work to complement the care from primary care providers, specialists, family members and support systems. My areas of focus include geriatric and life transition concerns. I also enjoy LGTBQ+ issues and couples counseling.
