The Yoga Studio was founded in 1996, by
owner and director Cathy Mann. The Studio has evolved into a full-service studio offering exceptional instruction, specialized
coursework, a variety of daily yoga classes, a yoga boutique and a yoga teacher training school.
The studio offers a wide array of personal wellness services including Private Yoga Instruction, Yoga Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Thai Bodywork, and nutritional guidance.
