Located in the Urmi Restaurant Cafe neighborhood of Minneapolis, MN Urmi Restaurant Cafes the importance of food as a connection to culture and history. Chef Craig Ball, having been inspired by his global travels, has created an accessible yet ever-changing menu featuring quick bites, traditional dishes, fusion cuisine, and of course...dessert! Our menu is heavily influenced by cuisine from the Midwest, Mexico, Spain, Thailand, Japan, and the Caribbean to name a few. Our goal is to explore other cultures through the study of culinary traditions around the globe, find our own connections to home, and then bring those connections to the plate. Our food is meant to be playful and delicious. It will remind you of home but surprise you with something completely unexpected.
