Named in honor of Rufus Rand, the multi-faceted patriarch of the Rand Tower Hotel, Bar Rufus will feature classic French bistro dishes including Duck a l’Orange, escargot with bone marrow in a bordelaise sauce, and the Le MacDo cheeseburger with shaved white onion, American cheese, and whole grain mustard.
