Zones of Regulation has developed a framework for fostering self-regulation and emotional control in children. In response to childhood issues such as ADHD, ODD, and ASD, our program promotes the development of executive function and emotional regulation by helping children develop an awareness of their emotional states and how they interact with others. Our handbook also presents a series of games and activities that can be used in early childhood special education classrooms and parent/therapy groups to help children regulate their moods and behaviors.
