FPSS has designed and installed fire sprinkler systems for many residential and commercial projects ranging from single-family homes to hospitals and retail stores such as Target, Kay Jewelers, and Dollar General. Some recent jobs include a 5-unit condominium overhaul on the coast of Maine, a 6-Unit apartment building in central Maine, and a 4-unit apartment building in Portland, Maine. We also design systems for other fire protection contractors that do not have the resources required to do so. We keep up to date with all NFPA requirements and have a thriving relationship with the State of Maine fire marshal’s office.
We hold a State of Maine Contractors license, as well as a State of Maine Responsible Manager Supervisor license, and we hold a Level III certificate from the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) in Fire Protection Engineering Technology.
