What a great experience! Had a lot of trouble with a big box store and their lack of urgency, so I came to HomeAdvisor. Mr. Beck got back to me quickly, and came out that same day and completed the job (installing a new dishwasher). He was friendly and outgoing, and that made the rest of the nonsense we had dealt with for weeks seem like less of a big deal. So relieved to have it installed quickly and correctly.
