As a mortgage advisor, Carla is responsible for providing quality residential and investment lending expertise through financial counseling and product awareness. She is also tasked with generating quality mortgage loans by taking loan applications in support of loan growth objectives.
McFarland brings over 19 years of experience in various roles that blend successful mortgage lending experience, customer service, and insurance licensure—creating a powerful foundation with which to fortify her new role. Most recently, McFarland worked as a Personal Lines Agent for the Mortgage Department across 15 branches at TCU Insurance Agency LLC.
McFarland attended Ivy Tech Community College in South Bend, Indiana and Lake Michigan College in Benton Harbor, Michigan.
