Originally from Nayarit Mexico, Miguel Pelayo starting his carpet cleaning experience while working with his brother-in-law in a company that employed 15 people in 1978. They were focused on commercial building but after 10 years the company ran out of business because of under capitalization. At this time Miguel saw the opportunity to service residential clients while delivering even better quality than bigger companies. His humble beginnings started in 1988 knocking door to door and offering his services in Mission Viejo area. His strive for great service and the best carpet cleaning service can be summed best in his words “I service clients the same way I would want someone to service my own carpets.” This golden rule mindset has kept his clients coming back to Miguel and he continues the same passion to deliver the best possible results even under the toughest stains and carpet repairs.
