Community Children's diabetes care team includes pediatric endocrinologists from Seattle Children's, a nurse practitioner, a licensed clinical social worker and a registered dietician. They evaluate and treat disorders of hormone regulation and specialize in working with young patients to establish individual care management plans appropriate to their needs - helping them manage the disease and reduce the risk of complications.
