Who We Are
As a private investigator and former police officer, Mr. Casaus has extensive knowledge of investigative procedures and techniques. He is a court qualified expert in narcotics and surveillance techniques. Mr. Casaus has conducted numerous investigations ranging from homicide to insurance fraud. Mr. Casaus has over 30 years of combined investigative and law enforcement experience.
Mr. Casaus has provided expert testimony in California Superior Court and Federal Courts as an investigator and expert witness in excess of one hundred cases.
Additionally, he has served as the primary investigator in hundreds of cases both criminal and civil. As a former police officer, Mr. Casaus has investigated a variety of investigations ranging from motor vehicle accidents to homicide investigations. He worked as a narcotics officer, working as a case agent and as an under-cover operative. In his work in Narcotic Enforcement Mr. Casaus worked numerous cases in conjunction with the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency), BNE (Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement) and U.S. Customs. Mr. Casaus has decades of experience assisting attorneys with their cases.
