Dr. Phil Chen has been practicing dentistry in Modesto for over 10 Years. He received his dental degree from University of the Pacific and his undergraduate degree from UCLA, and Masters at UC Irvine. Dr. Chen enjoys serving and working with all the wonderful people from the Modesto area community. The aspect he most enjoys about his job is meeting the new patients and helping them get the dental care they need.
