Inlet opened its doors in the summer of 2006 as an offshoot of Montauk Inlet Seafood, the largest packer/shipper of fresh seafood in New York We are now open for the 2022 season! Doors open at noon; lunch specials served until 3:30 p.m.; dinner begins at 4:30. No reservations. Indoor/ outdoor dining (weather-dependent) and take-out.
