I was inspired to choose a path in medicine that allows me to support people's health with care that is grounded in evidence and mindful of the broader factors that influence well-being. I have a passion for teaching people about their health in an accessible way that empowers them to meet their health goals.The most rewarding part of being a family nurse practitioner is the relationships I develop with patients. I love being a partner in families' challenges and celebrations, and I know that when I work with someone long-term, we will experience both. I enjoy providing primary care across the lifespan and have additional clinical expertise in contraceptive management, gynecologic care and gender-affirming care.Outside of work, I prioritize spending time with my family, being creative and enjoying Vermont in all seasons.
