Some clinicians enjoy working with patients of one age range or with a specific ailment. I chose family medicine because I enjoy caring for patients across all of life's stages, regardless of their medical needs. Caring for entire families is an honor, and developing relationships with those families brings me a sense of purpose and pride. \n At every appointment, I listen to my patients' concerns and work to ensure they are heard and validated. My patients and I are a team when it comes to optimizing outcomes; if we work together, everyone benefits. I especially enjoy providing women's health services in a family medicine setting because I see how important it is for women to get care tailored specifically to them. \n I love calling North Carolina home after moving here from Oklahoma. I am married and have two children. As a family, we enjoy playing board games, watching college football and being outdoors. When I get time to myself, reading romantasy novels and doing Pilates are the activities that help me rest and recharge.
