Goodbye Horses was established by Ben Rush in 2021 and built on craftsmanship. Our main goal is to provide each client with a high-quality tattoo that will heal well, and stand the test of time. We aim to do this while ensuring that each client at our downtown Morgantown location is also treated with the utmost respect, and provided the safest tattoo experience possible.
