Dr. Pinard is a 1984 graduate of Saint Michael's College and received his doctorate training at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He has been in practice in Newport for over 25 years. He specializes in contact lenses, primary eye care, lasik refractive surgery consultations and the diagnosis treatment of glaucoma.
