We strive to help our members reach their weight loss and fitness goals. Our 24 hour fitness center has all of the equipment necessary for a great workout. We know that not everyone works out the same way so we offer great alternatives. Members looking for fitness classes can take advantage of our Zumba class, Wii console, and DVD library full of fitness videos. Our gym has a cardio area featuring treadmills, ellipticals and bikes while our weight section houses dumbbells ranging from 5 to 105 pounds and 15 strength training machines. Our gym memberships come in a variety of packages including month to month, 3 months, and yearly. We offer discounts for family members and groups of 5 or more.
