Evolution Trainers was founded by Ashley Selman, who was recognized as one of the Top 10 Trainers in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Chronicle, and as one of the Top 100 Trainers in America by Men’s Journal. Evolution’s training programs go beyond the basic aesthetic goal, addressing each client’s performance abilities, postural and neuromuscular imbalances, and personal goals.

Our Trainers are distinguished elite fitness and performance specialists, with extensive experience and the highest qualifications, and they are passionate about making personal training their long-term careers. Training:
Personal Training: We have an amazing team of certified, expert trainers, who are passionate career professionals. You will not find any fly-by-night trainers, or just fresh out of school newbies at our facility. This is our signature service and gives you the most individualized attention to address your specific needs.

Small Group Training: Our best value. We keep our groups small, so that you still get individual cueing and coaching to ensure proper form and avoid injury. Your fellow group attendees clients are a great support to get you through a tough workout with some laughs! We offer small group sessions for Strength and Intervals, Boxing, Yoga, and more

Wellness:
Chiropractic & A.R.T.: specialized, hands-on treatment, which allows us to diagnose and treat soft tissue restrictions and injuries that occur in your muscles, ligaments, tendons, nerves, blood vessels and fascia.

Massage Therapy: an important addition to any training program. It enhances efficiency of movement by providing greater range of motion at the joints, improves posture and joint alignment and minimizes risk of injury.

Physical Therapy: Our physical therapists provide the highest quality of care available through the development of new and more effective ways of treating patients.

Acupuncture: a holistic manual therapy that uses acupuncture points to create balance within the body. The points are stimulated with thumb pressure and/or therapeutic needles with the theory that there is, “no flow when there is pain, and pain when there is no flow.”
