Pleasant, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center operated by Ciena Healthcare, provides a safe, home-like setting for our guests just one block from Central Michigan Community Hospital. Our facility offers short-term rehabilitation and nursing services, as well as extended-stay care for individuals who have physical or cognitive limitations. The Laurels of Mt. Pleasant’s short-term rehabilitation unit provides up to seven-day-a week services that are customized to guests’ individual needs and performed by licensed therapists. Our rehab guests may choose between private rooms, suites or semi-private rooms based on availability.
