Basic Steps Mental Health, SPC was the brain child of Dr. Scott Alpert who has treated over 7,000 people at the first Mental Health Urgent Care center in this country. His approach was adapted to Residential Treatment four years ago, and now, for ongoing care his approach has been adapted to Outpatient care saving people money and making the program more accessible. This approach incorporates mindfulness, acceptance, and motivational enhancement techniques with Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Gestalt Therapy, Pschosynthesis, Reality Therapy, Neurolinguistic Programming, Person Centered Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. Basic Steps Mental Health, SPC is able to help you walk this path to fulfill your inner potential and improve your quality of life.
