I had a fun experience dealing with Angela and George face to face at their Munster showroom. They seam very knowledgeable and they stand behind their product. I received a broken cabinet but they were able to give me a new one at no charge a few weeks later. Thanks guys

Oh Gosh! That's fantastic. I just hit 'send' on my order a few minutes ago and I'm packing up the doors. I will mail those back tomorrow because it's taken me longer than I expected to pack them. This is the best news ever. You've been so wonderful to work with and so patient with what seems like one delay after another. Also good news that my husband got a clean bill of health. He kept saying he could put the cabinets together, but I just couldn't make him do all that work on top of everything else he's been doing. He's been knocking out the backsplash and disposing of everything, tiles, etc. and will be putting in new wallboard this weekend . . . it's just gotten to be exhausting. This will really help. Thanks again.

I found out about RTA while searching Craigslist for kitchen cabinets. I ordered samples of the cabinet doors that I was considering and was very impressed with the quality of the doors. Then I ordered just the wall cabinets, as I would prefer to do my kitchen in two parts. The cabinets arrived quickly and the assembly was as simple as it could be. I put four cabinets together in thirty to forty minutes. The cabinets are a very high quality and I am pleased with the product. I will be ordering the base cabinets after the first of the year. Thank you RTA for delivering what you promised.

I want to let you know just how outstanding Virginia has been throughout this whole process. I first emailed her back in Nov/Dec and have modified our plans approximately 10 times. She is always prompt, polite, and truly goes above and beyond. It's great to find people like that when you truly are lost, and she is one of a kind. Cabinet Mania is lucky to have her. I wanted to express a sincere thank you for ALL of your help, professionalism and most of all, PATIENCE. You have been extremely patient in helping me to not only design the kitchen, but to also understand the nuances of how everything operates. I know you said you don't work on commission but I truly hope that you will make sure that this e-mail finds it's way to whomever it is that runs your company so that they can see that they, and you, are doing it right. There are still people out here that would gladly pass up free assembly for the same product, to get the customer service that I received from you. I am confident that my family will be extremely happy with the product and that I made the right choice sticking with you guys. I am looking forward to passing on the before and after pictures. There is still a corner of the kitchen that I plan to build a bar area in, but I want to wait and see how the space works out after all of the other cabinets are in, before I confirm a design

Thank you for being an honest company. (That's a bit rare these days.) When I received my first shipment of cabinets, i did not check the order correctly with the delivery truck, and did not realize until much later that I did not receive a corner base cabinet. According to your detailed rules, I believed I blew it, my fault not yours. I ordered another base cabinet, and ate the cost. About a week ago, you contacted me that you had discovered the error. You have sent me a refund for the missing cabinet. TOTALLY unexpected!!! Thank you for being honest and doing your business with integrity. I will definitely recommend you to others, and when I need further cabinets, I will not hesitate to use Cabinet Mania again.

I have worked with Michael on my last two orders with Cabinet Mania. I must tell you he is so Great to work with. he is Professional and completes things in the most timely manner. I admire his work ethic and also his personal touch that that he has with his customers. I felt that I needed to let you know as I have worked with Michael on our own personal home and just placed the order for the Thompson Residence that we are building.

I received my shipment of cabinets last week. Needless to say, I am thrilled with them! They are beautiful!! Order was received complete and undamaged. Truck driver even helped me unload them! Really nice man. My husband and I assembled them. They do take a little adjusting and loosening some of the screws on the brackets but they are very well made and go together very nicely. I would recommend these cabinets to anyone! Beautiful product and I will probably be ordering more in the future
