Bio:
Tiana is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist focusing on type 2 diabetes, CKD, weight management, and
sports nutrition. She also loves doing an occasional “Team Talk” for Northern Utah high school athletes
to help them implement healthy eating practices in their lives to enhance their performance. Her focus
is to help her patients understand that every food fits, that balance is key, that exercise at any pace is
important, and that timing of meals matters.
Tiana is a Utah native who graduated with her Bachelor's at BYU in Dietetics and Nutrition and went on
to complete her didactic internship/Master's degree in the same field from the University of Kansas
Medical Center. Her hobbies include singing, dancing, acting, cooking/baking, and hiking and she loves
college football season!
