All apartments have in-sink disposals, central heat & air conditioning, and ceiling fans in the living and bedrooms. All upstairs apartments have covered balconies. We have washer and dryer connections. All downstairs apartments now have laminate floors. All tenants have access to swimming pool, pavilion, and gas grills.
