LaKat Gallery is a photo and crafts gallery featuring the skills of our talented staff. All photographs are printed at Layman Lumber studios. Most of the frames are made from wood produced at our mills before we closed. With few exceptions, the handicrafts use Layman Lumber wood.
All handicrafts are produced in our workshop by our staff with local materials, much from our own mill. We pride ourselves in our “being green” as we create items for the Gallery. We reuse, recycle and repurpose many different types of material. Some examples would include our horseshoe art, the metal garden flowers, the windowpane frames and barnwood garden benches. The spacious log furniture seems to be a favorite with our customers. Our staff is constantly creating new items for your enjoyment.
