As an expansion of Just Like Family Home Care, Elisabeth and Jacob Nassberg developed Just Like Family Concierge Transport Services, a customized transport service, when they recognized a significant need for dependable, everyday transportation for clients who are unable to drive or who prefer the benefits of a customized transport service.

Concierge Transport Services is a hassle-free, high-end, personalized solution designed to make clients lives easier. Concierge Transport Services is the answer for personal and private transportation in Marco Island, Naples, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers. Fulfilling local travel needs, Concierge Transport Services takes clients to and from the airport, errands, church, the grocery store, appointments, events, and more.

Concierge Transport Services vehicles include a Mercedes Benz, a luxury Non-Emergency Vehicle and a 13-passenger van available for group transportation, among others.

Concierge Executives are licensed, insured, level two background checked and drug tested. Vehicles are clean and comfortable and prices are competitive with other Southwest Florida transport services and taxis.

Concierge Transport Services provides one-way or round-trip transportation to all commercial and private airports in South Florida including, but not limited to Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) and Tampa International Airport (TPA)

Concierge Transport Services is also available for daily transportation needs. Concierge Executives will pick up and take clients to and from errands, doctor’s appointments, salon appointments and more. Whether clients need to go to the bank, the pharmacy or the grocery store, the Concierge Executive will drop them off and wait for while clients are inside. If clients need help carrying groceries to their car or home, the Concierge Executives are at their service! They will even go inside with clients if they require assistance inside the store.

The Concierge Transport Services non-emergency van is handicap accessible and equipped to handle up to two wheelchairs or a stretcher. These vehicles are designed for people who are unable to travel without leaving their wheelchair or for patients who need to be transported from one hospital to another. Concierge Executives are available to pick clients up anytime of the day or night to take them home, to an assisted living facility or another hospital.

Customers who use our non-emergency vehicles typically call for dialysis, chemotherapy or radiation appointments.

Regular hours of transport are from 7:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m. After hours are available at an additional cost
