PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION
A home inspection is a visual non-invasive process where all of the items typically used within a home are operated to verify proper operation. Doors and windows are opened and closed, roofing materials, attic and ventilation, air conditioning and heating systems operated. The Inspector will check drainage in sinks and tubs, run showers and flush toilets and many more items. All while making notes on the condition of the components tested. Upon completion and review the report will be distributed.
