Studio One is a ballroom and latin dancing studio. We teach salsa, rumba, cha cha cha, tango, bachata, samba, meringue, hustle, swing, West Coast Swing, waltz, foxtrot, bolero and a few other dances to singles and couples. For each dance, we teach the dance’s rhythm, a.k.a. the beat, and patterns. We teach adults only, from beginner to advanced intermediate ballroom and latin dancing levels. We have special events during which we bring in expert coaches for those of our students seeking to improve their skill beyond the studio standard offering; or for those interested in exploring “special topic in dance” -such as, for example, flamenco and belly dancing or spotting and arm styling. We also offer dancer’s fitness classes such as Pilates, Stretch and Tai Chi to help our dancers develop a strong core strength, flexibility, balance and focus.
Studio One is an intimate venue where we look forward to welcoming you. We invite you to visit the studio to connect with new friends, re-connect with your partner and otherwise enjoy the joyful experience of offered by music and dance.

You've always wanted to dance? Now is the time. Our Master Instructors make learning fun. With our specialized teaching in follow and lead skills, you'll quickly be able to dance many dances with confidence and ease. Group classes, private lessons and practice parties weekly.
