Folk is a neighborhood restaurant on Meridian Street in East Nashville. Chef and owner Philip Krajeck, who also opened Rolf and Daughters, cooks from what local farms are growing, so the menu changes with the season. Expect vegetable dishes, naturally leavened pizzas, and large format plates made for sharing. The bar pours natural wine, craft beer, and cocktails, and Apero Hour runs daily from 5:00 to 6:00. Dinner is served seven nights a week, with bar seats for walk ins, a patio in good weather, and street parking on Meridian. Folk was named one of Bon Appétit's 50 Best New Restaurants in 2018 and a James Beard semifinalist for Best New Restaurant in 2019.
