Congratulations to Josie Osorio for winning Teen Miss New Albany and a $500 scholarship for college from Pam Brown State Farm!! Josie is only in the 9th grade! She certainly has a bright future!!💕✨👑

Our office had the honor and privilege of witnessing Mr. John “JD” Roberts receive the French Legion of Honor for his military service in the liberation of France from German occupation during WWII. The French Legion of Honor is the highest award given by the country of France. This award was also awarded to General Douglas McArthur and Audie Murphy. President Macron also bestowed the honor of Knight to Mr JD. Mr JD survived the landing at Normandy on Omaha Beach. After pushing the Germans across the Rhine River into Germany, Mr JD was firing into a German Pill Box. A German mortar exploded in his vicinity hitting him with shrapnel. He was also hit with a rifle round. He still has bits of shrapnel and bullets in his body as souvenirs. Mr JD received numerous awards for his service with the 30th Infantry Division. Mr JD, Thank you for your sacrifice and service to our country! You are a true patriot! 🇺🇸❤️💙
