First Choice Physical Therapy was opened in December 2003 with the goal of providing the best possible physical therapy care in East Central Indiana. Initially comprised of one clinic operated by Paula D. Henry, Physical Therapist, First Choice Physical Therapy has grown consistently over the past four years due to the support of the physicians, case managers and patients in East Central Indiana.

First Choice Physical Therapy offers flexible hours, accepts most insurance providers, and treats a variety of diagnoses. We are proud to be able to offer several specialty services including cold laser, the Biodex Balance System, Tmj treatment, Craniosacral therapy and Women’s Health.
We offer a full range of Worker’s Compensation services including Fce's, work conditioning, post offer employment testing and job site analysis.
