Louis I. Astra, MD, FACS is a cardiothoracic and vascular surgeon as well as a general surgeon. He is board-certified through the American Board of Surgery and The American Board of Thoracic Surgery. Dr. Astra completed his medical education at the University of Pittsburgh, completing his residency at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and his fellowship at Ohio State University.
