i worked for this company. i trained under susan at my previous job and really thought they knew their stuff. was hired, moved my entire life to another city and then promptly fired the weekend i brought a foster child into my home. they had reassured me that i would have support during that time as it was a huge decision but they themselves have adopted and assured me everything would be fine. now to work life: i have never been in a more disorganized chaos in all my office jobs. i would organize and re-organize hoping maybe we can rein it in. instead i was ostracized for wanting a clean, healthy work environment. it is a family owned company but i would prefer to not hear the daughter scream to her dad, "don't worry i'll teach you how to each coochie." the unprofessional-ism was abhorrent and that is a lot coming from me. i was promised an office, i was promised education, i was promised stake in the company. instead i repeatedly got shit on, was given zero help in getting the tools needed to be successful and made to feel like a failure. i highly recommend not working for this company. they have very high turn over and its no longer a wonder why. i truly hate that they fired me with a new employee, not even themselves. i am most disappointed in that they have completely abandoned me. in a new city, with a new foster and just two paychecks to make it by. i recovered quickly but ultimately these guys need to stay small time and within their own family. don't put people through your bullshit. btw the work office is not your personal babysitter either. you chose to have 8 kids, not your employees problems. the closer shouldn't be leaving everyday to go collect kids and then bring them back to the office just to distract everyone. i also shouldn't have to bring in cleaning supplies and toilet paper. the office hadn't been cleaned in i don't know how long. it really is a shame because susan is so smart, just not focused.
