A New Roads native, Dr. Ashley D. Bordelon attended Louisiana State University for her undergraduate degree, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2008. Afterwards, moving from the Red Stick to the Crescent City, she earned her Medical Degree from the LSU Health Sciences Center-New Orleans in 2012. Dr. Bordelon performed her Residency in Internal Medicine at the Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA. In the summer of 2015, she joined The Baton Rouge Clinic in New Roads with her father Dr. Donald Doucet.
Dr. Bordelon is the Hospice Medical Director and Chief of Staff at Pointe Coupee General Hospital. She is a member of the American College of Physicians, the Louisiana State Medical Society, and the Pointe Coupee Parish Medical Society. Dr. Bordelon is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana.
