I had a leak in a feeder line. Pedro showed up the next morning after I called...determined that it was a bad valve instead of a leak... he checked the entire system and adjusted heads as needed and fixed the valve. He was thorough and upfront with his pricing. I highly recommend this guy.... he'll get the job done in a timely fashion.

Finally, a company in this industry that "gets it". After two no shows with the competition, I gave BNC a try, and all went as it should. From up-front and transparent communication to the project being completed when promised, dealing with these folks was great.

Pedro and his crew was great, they were on time, they fit me into their schedule super quickly, and then they did a fantastic job undoing the years of neglect I had inflicted on my garden :)
