In 1992, Mary Leonard and Gary Guerriero had a brand new vision. They wanted to bring to the public a training room and physical therapy clinic that normally only athletes would have access to. Guerriero was the current physical therapist for the New York Rangers and Leonard was training many VIP clients that ranged from Sports Illustrated models to rock n’ roll musicians. They searched for two years for a space that could house their facility that would bring their idea to life.
