Dr. Leali has served as Medical Director of the Adult Ambulatory Care Center at Hospital for Special Surgery since 2006. Throughout his career in medicine, Dr. Alejandro Leali has developed strong clinical interests in the treatment of avascular necrosis and in the areas of hip and knee reconstruction. Trained in orthopedic surgery, as well as in physical medicine and rehabilitation (physiatry), Dr. Leali focuses on both the operative and non-operative treatment of orthopedic conditions, allowing him a cumulative understanding of the patient experience.
