Dr. Alexandra Gutierrez is a Professor of Medicine and Director of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center in Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She received her MD from Case Western Reserve School of Medicine. She was subsequently a medical resident in internal medicine at NYP-Weil Cornell, followed by a fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at Massachusetts General Hospital.
