At Arc En Ciel, is an Upper East Side Preschool that believes that language is everywhere no matter what you speak. It's in a smile, a huge, creative art, dance and music. The entire organization believes that diversity is a strength in the world in which we live and is something that should be celebrated starting from early childhood education.
